Size Guide How to measure yourself correctly: Preparation
To get accurate measurements, it's best to measure yourself unclothed or in a thin, unpadded soft bra. The tape measure should always run horizontally around the body, lie flat, and not cut into the skin.
Step 1
Measuring Your Underbust (For Your Bra Size)
Place the tape measure snugly around your rib cage directly below your bust. Exhale comfortably. The measurement in centimeters (e.g. 74 cm or 82 cm) determines your bra underbust band size (e.g. 75 or 80).
Step 2
Measuring your Bust (For your Cup Size)
Place the tape measure tightly around your rib cage, directly below your bust. Exhale gently. The value measured here in centimeters (e.g., 74 cm or 82 cm) determines your bra band size (e.g., 75 or 80).
Step 3
How to Measure Your Waist and Hip Circumference (For Briefs, Nightwear & Shapewear)
Waist: Measure at the narrowest part of your torso (just above the navel).
Hips: Place the measuring tape around the widest part of your buttocks.
