How can I place an order?

Ordering from AVÉLIE Lingerie is very easy:

  1. Add your desired items in your correct size to the shopping cart.
  2. Click on the shopping cart icon and then on "Checkout".
  3. Enter your delivery address and preferred payment method.
  4. Review your information and complete your order by clicking on "Buy now".

You will then immediately receive a confirmation email from us.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Since we process and prepare your order for shipping as quickly as possible, subsequent changes or cancellations are often only possible within a very short time window after the order is placed.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via email or our contact form. If your package is already on its way to you, you can easily return the goods to us upon receipt.

Which shipping providers are used for delivery?

We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure that your new sleepwear arrives quickly and safely. We usually ship our packages with DHL or Hermes. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number to track your shipment.
How long does delivery take and what are the shipping costs?

Delivery time: Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

Shipping costs: The exact shipping costs will be transparently displayed to you directly in the checkout process. From a certain order value, we often even deliver your selection to your home free of charge.

What materials is AVÉLIE Lingerie nightwear made of?

We attach great importance to high wearing comfort and quality. Our collections consist mainly of high-quality, pure cotton as well as flowing viscose blends with a small amount of elastane, which ensures a perfect, flexible fit. You can find the exact composition directly on the respective product page under "Material specifications".
Which brands does AVÉLIE Lingerie offer?

In our shop you will find an exclusive and carefully curated selection of quality brands. These include, among others, elegant designs from Donna, casually comfortable styles from Henderson, and romantically playful collections from Pure Sin.
How do I find the right size for my pajamas or nightgown?

Our nightwear is characterized by comfortable, feminine cuts – from form-fitting styles with elastane to loose-fitting oversized models. We recommend choosing your regular clothing size. If you are between two sizes or prefer extra room at night, feel free to choose the next size up.
How do I properly care for my sleepwear so it stays beautiful for a long time?

To optimally protect delicate fibers like viscose, cotton, or fine lace details, we recommend washing on a gentle cycle at 30 °C with a mild detergent. Avoid using a tumble dryer to keep the colors vibrant and the elastic bands perfectly in shape.
Is this sleepwear also suitable as a gift?

Absolutely! Many of our models from brands like Donna or Henderson already come in practical and elegant packaging (such as a fine foil bag) directly from the manufacturer. Together with the lovely details like bows, lace, or exclusive prints, our sleepwear is a wonderful gift idea for your loved ones.
What is the difference between the different pajama pant lengths?

We want you to feel comfortable all year round. That's why we offer different cuts: Short shorts are perfect for warm summer nights. Stylish 3/4-length trousers (Capri length) are ideal companions for transitional weather or relaxed mornings, while our long pyjama bottoms (often with a comfortable, high waistband) offer cosy comfort for cooler nights.
